With 8 years of experience in child care, I truly appreciate the opportunity to care for and help kids. I know it is a great responsibility, so I really value making sure families (both parents and children) feel comfortable! I love engaging in activities that bring the kid(s) joy, whether it be getting active and playing outside, reading books, drawing/painting, cooking, kicking a soccer ball, etc. When I am not caring for kids, I am a clinical research coordinator at MGH where I coordinate a research study for 10-18 year olds, so I have weekend and weeknight availability. Some character traits I have that I find to be helpful when caring for kids are that I am patient, high-energy, kind, compassionate, curious, thoughtful, and responsible. I have a wide-range of previous experience caring for kids of different ages, genders and needs which allows me to feel comfortable in new environments and working with new families and children!
