I am Bilih Brown, a first year college student at LaGuardia Community College. My babysitting experience began two summers ago when I was afforded the opportunity to work with twin boys age twelve in Allendale, NJ. I was responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the boys by providing close supervision of all activities (swimming, biking, and rock climbing). I also assisted the boys with their summer reading. This summer I was a 3rd Grade camp counselor at the Wyckoff YMCA. I provided a safe and fun environment for participants in the clubhouse program. In addition, I maintained accurate program documentation (incident, accident and behavior reports, and sign-in / sign-out sheets). I earned my Youth Development and Leadership Certificate July 5, 2016.
