With experience in peer mediation, community service, sports leadership, and customer service, as well as babysitting my younger siblings and cousins, I bring a strong set of skills that make me well-suited for babysitting. My role as a Peer Mediator has taught me active listening, conflict resolution, and providing support in a calm, restorative mannerskills that are essential when managing children’s emotions and resolving conflicts. Additionally, my involvement in sports teams like the East Harlem Pride Girls’ Track and Soccer Teams has helped me develop leadership, teamwork, and planning abilities, while my work as a hair salon assistant has honed my multitasking and communication skills.
