I love being a sitter because working with children is both fulfilling and inspiring. Children have such a unique and refreshing perspective on the world, and I adore the joy, curiosity, and creativity they bring to every moment. My summer working at a daycare was a particularly eye-opening experience, as it reinforced the importance of balance, routine, and showing children they are cared for. This foundation helps them thrive, and being part of that process is something I genuinely cherish.

In terms of experience, Ive dedicated over 350 hours to community service during high school, much of which involved tutoring underserved children in New York City. This experience, combined with my time at the daycare, has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to connect with children, meet their needs, and support their growth in a safe, nurturing environment.

As a college student pursuing a degree in chemical engineering during my gap year, I bring not only a strong sense of responsibility and discipline to my work but also a love for problem-solving and creativity, which helps me engage with children in meaningful ways. While others may have more formal training, my passion, trustworthiness, and dedication to protecting and caring for kids truly set me apart.
