While new to babysitting as a profession, I’ve always taken initiative to look after the children and loved ones within my own family and within my circle of friends, as well as through my volunteer experiences.

From baby nieces and nephews, to my friend’s toddlers and teens, to my own grandmother, I’ve developed a reasonable understanding on how to properly regulate and treat loved ones in precarious or fragile positions, address their needs promptly and effectively, and go the extra mile to ensure they’re absolutely safe, satisfied, and at ease with the care they’re provided. In addition, providing them a means of engagement and fun – whether its playtime, arts and crafts, homework, and more – is just as important as meeting their baseline needs.

In addition, as a now 2-year volunteer with ASPCA (primarily with cats and kittens), I’m comfortable with providing comfort and care to animals – young or old, sick or health – and ensuring they’re looked after with the same degree of care. Whether that’s feeding, cleaning, medication, or walks, anything they might need will be addressed!
