I love being a sitter because it allows me to make a positive impact on childrens lives while providing support to families. Without babysitters, my mom would’ve struggled and I just want to pay that forward.
I have experience babysitting for younger family members and family friends, which has given me a strong foundation in managing different age groups and understanding their unique needs. Additionally, I worked as a teachers assistant for children with autism, where I gained valuable insights into creating tailored learning experiences and providing adequate support.
I hold an undergraduate degree in psychology, where I extensively studied child development, behavior management, and effective communication strategies. I’ve always known I wanted to work with children and this drove me to do my capstone in the Psychopathology of Children. I love creating engaging activities that promote social and emotional growth, as well as fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
