I have been with a family for 3 years and I started by thinking I knew a lot about working with kids, but its more than just looking after them. Ive learned to be more patient , understanding and calm because kids need all that. Caring , loving and teaching them of course. The baby I was taking care of was 5 months when I started, now shes 2 and a half. And it makes me happy knowing she got big and I got to experience and be there with her as she grew up!
