Hi Parents! I am Sylvia and I am currently a NJ K-6 student teacher. I have 7+ years of experience with children from infants (6 weeks) to pre-teen (age 13). I will be a certified elementary school teacher in Summer 2026. I have worked as childcare teacher, pre-school teacher, public school classroom aide for students with special needs and student teacher at public schools. Im also experienced with children with special needs (including children who are on the spectrum and with special food allergies as Im epi pen trained). On top of babysitting, I have had 5+ years of experience in tutoring and teaching, so I would be perfect for busy parents who needs assistance in helping your childrens academic success and learning a foreign language! I speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I have a valid driver license and an SUV that can safely take your children to school, after school activities, and help with your errands!
