I have been babysitting/nanny for ten years now from day care to a bunch of families along the way. Picking up from school with my car to home, playing favorite games, helping out with whatever is needed, after school activities, the park close by, making sure they are safe in my care, feeding them snacks or dinner until parents are back. Most importantly making sure they are safe and super comfortable with me and be always become best buddies :) I love being silly with them and feeling like they have someone they can come to while also setting boundaries and making sure choirs/homework/ whatever the family is looking for is done. Love working with kids and playing what they like such as arts and crafts, walks to park, if they like some alone time, and bonding with them with care and safety! Loved every family I have worked from ages 2.5 to 13 with special needs. Every family is different and needs and kids so I always love to communicate and work with families the best I can!
