Growing up as an only child, i always took pride in being the older cousin who would try to take care of the babies and eventually when old enough i would babysit my cousins. At 16, i started doing summer youth where i would assist the camp counselors with the kids ages 4 and 5. I am currently an after school teacher at a catholic preschool as well. I can build connections and bonds with the kids and be there emotional support system as this is the time where they are learning how to deal with their emotions, I can prepare meals though ive never had to. Overall, I am excited to interact with any child and just keep them safe and happy while parents are gone.
