HI! My name is Dawn. I am a Broadway actor, teacher, and lover of playground swings. I am a proud Auntie to Faye, and Godmommy to James and Emma! I have been babysitting, nannying, teaching, and tutoring since I moved to NYC in 2004 to go to school. I hold my BFA in Drama from NYU and have been in multitudinous plays, musicals, and movies including three Broadway shows, one of which is Wicked! I am an adjunct at Marymount Manhattan College here in NYC where I teach Voice. I also have taught Piano and Theatre at several children’s music programs in the Tri-State area, as well as many Kinder Music classes! I adore small humans, have 20+ years of looking after them, helping them along with their studies, and exploring their passions. I think kids teach us as much as, if not more than, we teach them. I have exposure and training in both the Diller-Quaile method as well as Montessori style education
