Hello Parents, My name is Joy Moreira I am a 18 year old cosmetology student . My experience working with kids includes me working with kids grades (k-5) at a summer camp called Team First. We watched them from 8am – 5pm everyday , through the day we had them doing school work, playing games, cooking classes, taking them to the park, eating lunch and snack , movie nights, and every week we went on a trip. Aside from working there for 2 years, Ive had to be a help to my community I watched my neighbor kid for a year in my senior year picking him up from school taking him home with me making sure he did his homework and ate until his mother arrived home from work. In every chance I got to spend time with them Ive learned I love being able to be someone they can depend on and trust when they cant speak to their parents at the moment.
