In May 2023, I graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Psychology and Drama, and a minor in French. I have recently moved to NYC and am eager to become involved in my new community here! I come from a large family, with 3 siblings and over 30 cousins, and have always loved looking after and connecting with my younger relatives. As soon as I could, I started to offer my services as a babysitter for my cousins, neighbors, and other kids in my community. As I have gotten older, I have explored my passion for childcare in other capacities, by serving as an assistant teacher in my dance company in high school, by being a tutor for middle and high schoolers in my hometown, and by working as a camp counselor and teaching artist at a summer theater camp in college. Through this eclectic range of experiences, I have worked with youth of all ages, from infants to high schoolers. I really enjoy connecting with others on shared creative interests, cooking and baking, spending time in parks, and reading. I am extremely gentle, creative, resilient, flexible, empathetic, and eager to continue pursuing my passion for childcare in New York City!
