Throughout high school and college I helped run programs at after-schools, specifically STEM enrichment for under privileged students. I also worked at a sleepaway camp in Maine for two summers, the second of which I was the lead counselor for the youngest age group. Both summers I had my own cabin of 8-10 year old girls and I taught swimming, archery, canoeing and crafts to girls ages 8-16.
