My journey working with children began at NORY Summer Camp, where I quickly discovered the joy and fulfillment that comes from connecting with young minds. As a high school senior and an aspiring NICU nurse, Ive had the privilege of caring for groups of 6-20 toddlers and preschoolers, aged 2-5. My responsibilities have ranged from ensuring they eat well, use the bathroom, and play safely to answering their curious questions and encouraging their growing independence.

What sets me apart is my genuine passion for making a positive impact on childrens lives. I take pride in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where kids feel supported as they explore, learn, and grow. My experience at NORY has given me the skills to balance fun with responsibility, ensuring that each child feels cared for and valued while also developing their independence. My goal is to continue this work throughout the school year and beyond, as I work towards my dream of becoming a NICU nurse.
