As a mother of three grown children and a recent retiree from corporate life, I fully understand the challenges working families face when balancing careers and childcare. Having had the support of childcare help and nannies when my children were young, I know firsthand what works and what doesn’t in terms of creating a successful partnership between parents and caregivers. Raising my own children with the support of trusted caregivers has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the qualities that make for an exceptional nanny or babysitter. I am kind, considerate, patient, and attentive, always striving to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Whether engaging them in creative activities, assisting with homework, or simply providing a comforting presence, I believe in fostering positive connections that make children feel valued and cared for.

Having recently retired from my corporate career, I now have the time and flexibility to focus on helping other families. I understand the demands placed on working parents and am committed to providing the reliable, compassionate, and thoughtful care that I once sought for my own children. I also love animals and would be happy to care for pets as part of my role, understanding how integral they can be to a family dynamic.
