I love working with kids! I am currently a remote worker and have a lot of flexibility with my schedule to take on care. I worked as a Program Leader at the YMCA summer camp with 50 kids in the branch from 5-15 years old. At a time, I would be responsible to care for 10 kids solo and lead crafts and activities. We would also facilitate field trips twice a week and care for the kids on the road and at offsite locations. Our summer camp was also unique in the sense that YMCA partnered with the IRC, meaning more than half of the kids were refugees from various countries speaking various languages.
