Im a passionate childcare professional that believes in creating a safe, structured environment that allows children to explore openly and learn through play and engaging activities. Ive worked with all ages, but my experience is primarily with infants/toddlers, and elementary/middle school aged children. My primary experience is in private home care but I have spent extensive time as an assistant teacher/lead in nurseries, pre-K, and daycare facilities and after school programs as well. I most enjoy being a part of a family-oriented, home based capacity as it feels the most natural for me coming from a big family myself (6 siblings!:) Im certified in First Aid and CPR, and while I dont have a car I am licensed and able to assist with pick-ups/drop-offs and other household errands. I also have experience with household management and related responsibilities, including coordinating, organizing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

When Im not caring for little ones, I enjoy teaching and practicing dance and yoga as well as aerial arts and roller skating! I believe leading an active lifestyle is integral to ones personal wellbeing and try to encourage everyone to find what makes them want to move! I also aspire to learn all of the Romance languages, and am conversationally fluent in Spanish and am teaching myself French, Portuguese, and oddly enough, German as well. Dont be shocked if you hear me playing music from all over the world. I also believe in minimal screen time in the presence of little ones including T.V. I do best with families that value fostering their childs natural curiosity and creativity.
