Hi! Im Emerson, Im a sophomore at Pitt, and Id love to be your sitter! I knew I loved working with kids from a young age- I grew up watching my neighbors and cousins. This past summer, I was a camp counselor at a day camp outside Chicago, IL. I had a group of second grade girls, but I worked on the bus routes with mixed groups of ages 3-11. It really cemented that I want to work with kids. Watching my girls friendships and independence bloom throughout the summer was the best part of camp. Before becoming a counselor, I lifeguarded and taught swim lessons for several years at my local park district. I have a car so I can transport myself to and from jobs.
