Hello! My name is Georgia, and I am currently a rising sophomore at the University of Alabama. During my summer break, from early May to August, I would love the opportunity to work with your family.
Over the last three years, I have developed impactful relationships with adolescence of all ages and their families. As a junior camp counselor for two summers at Camp Yachad of the Jewish Community Center, I worked in a leadership position, specializing in a group of ages 4-5, as well as a bus counselor, with children ranging from toddlers to early teenagers. These experiences taught me the importance of responsibility, accountability, and resourcefulness during unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, I have been a proud private child-care provider for three years.
I understand the significance of a safe and enjoyable environment for your family. Every child is different, but all deserve to feel loved and appreciated. I will actively monitor your child, set respectable boundaries, and encourage them to become independent thinkers. I always welcome a new adventure and would gladly participate with your children in their favorite activities, both in the home or at an event. I am more than happy to assist with any academics or summer work. I have a variety of interests, which will allow me to personally connect with your child. Ultimately, I will carter my services towards their needs.
I have a reliable form of transportation in the form of a secure SUV, with nothing on my record. Additionally, I have experience working with children who have special accommodations, such as ADHD and autism.
Trusting a babysitter with your children can be difficult. I am will consistently keep an open line of communication and listen to any concerns. I want the best for the future generation and can hopefully contribute to their success. :)
