Hello my name is Beatriz Silva but I like to go by my middle name Jenny. Here are some hobbies I love doing to get to know me a little better, I love to read a lot, go hiking, play tennis or pickleball, I love playing outside with my dog and taking her on walks, I love dogs so Im definitely open if you have any pets in your home.

I have experience taking care of ages as little as 3 months to 12 years of age. I have a Health and Child Care Certification & CPR/First Aid/ AED certification. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, and some kids feel joyful to know some Spanish words in their vocabulary. I am fully covid vaccinated as well and flu shot.

I have a total of seven years of Child Care experience, in high school I had the pleasure to work alongside special needs children at the Katzenbach School for the Deaf and as well worked in a professional setting at The Village Learning Center located in Pennington, NJ. My most recent occupation is being a Nanny/Caregiver and house manager for one family for 2 years, I took care of a 2 year old boy and have been with him since he was 10 months old so Ive formed quite a bond with him. I have also taken care of a 3 month old baby for 8 months now, I have as well taken care of 5 other families with different age groups. This led me to have experience with doing light housekeeping, laundry, homework help, home organizing, grocery shopping, preparing meals for the child and family and much more. As well as being a lead teacher for toddlers and assistant to infants for over a year in The Learning Experience which led me to gain experience in taking care of 3 month olds and above, I created lesson plans, implemented schedules and routines that ensures physical activity, documenting childs health, behavior and development, developed social skills, changing their diaper and preparing breakfast/lunch/snack etc. I am currently looking for a part time only weekends as I work full time Monday-Friday taking care of a 4 month old baby.
