I am passionate about working with children because I find joy and fulfillment in nurturing their growth and development. Witnessing their curiosity, creativity, and resilience inspires me daily. Children possess a unique perspective on the world, and being part of their learning journey is incredibly rewarding.

For the past six years, I have had the privilege of working as a teaching assistant at a Turkish school, focusing on elementary and preschool children. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the educational and emotional needs of young learners. I have developed skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and individualized student support, ensuring that each child receives the attention and encouragement they need to thrive.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children on a personal level. I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where children feel safe to express themselves and explore new ideas. My experience in a multicultural setting has also equipped me with the sensitivity and adaptability needed to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
