Shellie’s is a Comprehensive Community based Early Start Program.

Our mission is to strive to be a positive and intergrating influence in each child’s process of self identification. We will create an environment within each child’s process of sel worth and mental attitude that fosters educational excellence. To help promote the skills of making choice and rational decisions as they relate to themselves and others.

We will strive to prepare the families and the community for challenges of the future while gaining strenghth and stability from the past.
