RealKids, Inc. is a family business owned and operated by Katie L. Andrews and Vincent E. Andrews, Sr. , a sister and brother team.

They became owners of RealKids Academy in June 24, 2004.

Vincent E. Andrews, Sr. retired from HillRom after 15 years of service. Vincent has a BS Degree in EleCenteronics, served in the Air Force for 4 years, and has been in childcare since 1997. He was formerly the co-owner of a center in Decatur, GA.

Katie retired from United Technologies after 32 years of service. Katie has a Masters of Science Degree in Quality Systems Management and a BS Degree in Business Administration, and has been in childcare since 1990. Her childcare experience range for being a Director for the West Jupiter Community Group, Inc. of Jupiter, Florida and working as a substitute teacher for the School District of Palm Beach County Florida. While in Georgia she has completed Director Training from BFTS each year along with various other childcare classes.
